Return Policy is only applicable to purchases made in INDIA.
We offer a 30 Days return for all your purchases.
100% Refund will be processed on return on Jewellery
Stefee Jewels jewellery are handcrafted by artisans using various simple and complicated techniques which may not be exactly replicated to represent the image shown on the website. There might be slight differences in size and dimensions of the final product depending on factors beyond our control.
The product has to be returned along with the solitaire certificate at current prevailing value, with deduction towards making charges & taxes.
Returning the certificate is mandatory, loss of certificate would result in a deduction towards the cost of certification.
Stefee Jewels shall not accept any jewellery which shows any type of alteration done by any third party jeweller, further all benefits towards the product will be nullified.
Stefee Jewels will also not accept returns of products which have been customised to match your personal taste and preferences.
Stefee Jewels reserves the right to correct the valuation of the product based on its quality inspection.
If your purchase was made using our EMI facilities, then such products cannot be returned back.
Whether your purchase is headed to you or back to us, we cover the cost of shipping every time.
All your purchases are insured, provided you follow our packaging and labelling instructions.
Lifetime Exchange/Upgrade Policy
Exchange Policy is only applicable to purchases made in INDIA.
Exchange or upgrade your jewellery anytime in the future./p>
Get credit at prevailing price of metal @ 100% and diamond @ 90% of the goods exchanged except for making charges and taxes (maximum value INR 300000)
In the event the item is damaged, or missing stones or certificates, proportional amount would be deducted from exchange value
Making charges & taxes would be deducted from the exchange value offered/p>
For Life-Time Exchange we shall require the following:
- Original Product
- Original/Copy of Invoice
- Product Certificate (If any)
- Valid Government. Id Proof of the person making the Buyback/Exchange Request.
- Warranty Card
Lifetime Buy Back Policy
To request for the return of the product under the Life-Time Exchange or Buyback Policy, please login into your account with the registered mobile number used at the time of purchase and place the request.
Stefee Jewels gives gives 100% value of metal weight at the prevailing metal rate and 80% value of diamonds at prevailing market price
Incase of any discount given at the time of original purchase, such discount amounts will be deducted from the exchange amount (Maximum value of INR 300000)
Refund and Payments under the Buyback scheme shall be done within 21 Business days after receiving the Product at our registered office.
All payments for the buyback value paid by the Company will be made through RTGS or NEFT only. Payments shall be made only to the person/entity mentioned in the invoice issued by the Retailer and carrying a valid Government Issued photo ID and valid Certificate of the good.
Additional Logistic fee of Rs 1500/- shall be deducted while determining the Buy Back Value.
Products sold outside INDIA shall not be included in the buyback scheme.
For Life-Time Buy Back we shall require the following:
- Original Product
- Original/Copy of Invoice
- Product Certificate (If any)
- Valid Government. Id Proof of the person making the Buyback/Exchange Request.
